New Art and Unseen Archives:
Every year around this time Tim Biskup digs into the fertile mana of his output and presents a bouquet of art, both recent (harvested from the last years’ studio practice) and past (in this case back to the early 90s!!) and everything in between (painted animation backgrounds from 2001!) for his Spring Collection exhibition at his very own gallery, Face Guts.
New Edition:
Along with this trove of original artwork comes his annual “yearbook”. In this case, Face Guts Year Nine; a very limited edition book of images from the past year, rounding out a roughly chronological visual style guide of the previous 12 months. No words. Just eye candy. Come pick up a copy before they land in the public lap at Face Guts’ table during LA Art Book Fair the following weekend in Pasadena.
